Description
The Tournament Settings page is used to specify the
tournament start and end
dates, game duration, and other constraints for scheduling.
Controls

Tournament Name
page
Allows you to specify the name, type, and master schedule for this tournament.

Teams
page
Specify which teams will be playing in this tournament.

Fields
page
Choose which fields should be used for tournament game play.

Officials
page
If officials should be schedule, this screen allows you to specify which ones
and how many per game.

Start Times
page
Specify the start times and exceptions for tournament game play.

Schedule Now
Allows you to have RRS automatically schedule the games.

Season Start Date button
Allows you to set the tournament start date by displaying the Select
Date dialog.

Season End Date button
Allows you to set the tournament end date by displaying the Select
Date dialog.

Game Duration edit
Specify the number of minutes required to play a game.

Minimum rest time before the start of the next game
edit
Allows you to specify the number of minutes to wait before
scheduling another game for the same team.

Maximum number of team games a day combo box
Checking this item enables the corresponding edit box.

Maximum number of team games a day edit
Specify the
maximum number of games a team can play in one day.

Max team games per week check box
Checking this item enables the corresponding edit box.

OK button
Saves the changes.

Cancel button
Close the dialog discarding changes.
Displaying
The Create/Edit Tournament Schedule dialog is displayed whenever you
choose to create or edit a tournament schedule. This may be from the New
dialog, the Creation
Toolbar, and even the Project
Tree. Click the Settings tab to display this page.
