 Description

Use the Constraints page to set limits on how often this official works. 

 Controls

• Official Name page
  Allows you to enter the official name and other information.
  
  
• Contacts/Sponsors page
  Allows you to assign contacts and sponsors to this item.
  
  
• Positions page
  Specify which positions to officiate.
  
  
• Availability page
  Specify when this official can work.
  
  
• Games to work in the season check box
  Check this item to enable the corresponding edit box.
  
  
• Games to work in the season edit
  Specifies the maximum number of games this official can work in a season.
  
  
• Games to work a week check box
  Check this item to enable the corresponding edit box.
  
  
• Games to work a week edit
  Specifies the maximum number of games to officiate in any given week.
  
  
• Games to work a day check box
  Check this item to enable the corresponding edit box.
  
  
• Games to work a day edit
  Specifies the maximum number of games to officiate on a day.
  
  
• Official can be scheduled at the same game these teams are playing in check box
  If selected, this official can officiate the game the teams in the list are playing in. Basically if checked, this official can officiate the game his/her kid is playing in.
  
  
• Don't schedule this official at the same time these teams are playing list
  If the official has kids in certain teams, add the teams to this list and the official will not be scheduled to work during the same time his/her kid's teams are playing.
  
  
• Edit List... button
  Displays the Select Teams dialog allowing you to select which teams this official has kids playing on.
  
  
• OK button
  Saves the changes.
  
  
• Cancel button
  Close the dialog discarding changes.
  
  

 Displaying

The Create/Edit Official dialog is displayed whenever you choose to create or edit an official. This may be from the New dialog, the Creation Toolbar, and even the Project Tree. Click the Constraints tab to view this page.
