 Description

Use the Output page to specify where you want to report to be output to (the printer, or a file on the local computer or network), and to actually run the report. Click the Run Report button to have the selected report generated.

 Controls

• Printer option
  Clicking the Run Report button will have the report printed on your printer. Displays the Print dialog.
  
  
• Print Preview (display printout on screen) option
  Clicking the Run Report button will display the Print Preview window to let you see how the report will look once printed on your printer.
  
  
• TXT File option
  Clicking the Run Report button will save the report to the filename specified in the TXT File Filename edit box, and the columns will be separated by the delimiter character selected in the combo box. Each record will be displayed on a different line.
  
  
• Delimiter combo
  Choose the character you would like used for the delimiter between the columns of data for a record.
  
  
• TXT File Filename edit
  Specify the location and filename to use to save this report.
  
  
• TXT File Browse button
  Click this button to browse for a location to save this report to. Displays the Save dialog.
  
  
• HTML File (Web Page) option
  Clicking the Run Report button will save the report as a web page specified in the HTML Web Filename edit box. Choosing this option will have the report saved on the local computer or network. If you want this report on your website, you will need to transfer it there yourself.
  
  
• HTML File Filename edit
  Specify the location and filename to use to save this report.
  
  
• HTML File Browse button
  Click this button to browse for a location to save this report to. Displays the Save dialog.
  
  
• Run Report button
  Click this button each time you want to run a report. The report will be output to the selected location as described above.
  
  
• Back button 
  Goes to the previous page if available.
  
   
• Finish button 
  Always disabled. This button is disabled so you don't accidentally close the Print Wizard without clicking the Run Report button. If you want to close the Print Wizard, click the Cancel button.
  
  
• Cancel button 
  Close the dialog.
  

 Displaying

The Print Wizard dialog can be displayed by selecting Print Wizard from the File menu, or by clicking the Create Report button on the Project Wizard.
