Getting Started

Before creating your new scheduling project, it will be helpful if you have the following information handy.

• Know how many fields you will have available for scheduling, and when those fields are available.
• Know the demographics for your league. For example, you should already know how many division and teams are in the league.
• You should determine where the teams will be playing their home games, or determine which fields the team/league will be using.
• Have a good idea of the season start and end dates.
• If you don't have all this information handy, don't worry. You can enter it and change it at any time once the initial project is created.
