 Description

The Contact Info page allows you to specify the contact information for this contact or sponsor. Make the desired changes and click the OK button.

 Controls

• Name edit
  Enter the full name of the contact or sponsor.
  
  
• Title edit
  Enter the title of the contact person
  
  
• Street edit
  Enter the street part of the address for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• City edit
  Enter the city for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• State edit
  Enter the state or territory for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• Zip edit
  Enter the zip or postal code for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• Country edit
  Enter the country for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• Phone (W) edit
  Enter the work or day phone for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• Fax edit
  Enter the fax number for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• Phone (H) edit
  Enter the evening or home phone for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• E-mail edit
  Enter the email address for this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• Comments edit
  Enter any comments about this contact or sponsor.
  
  
• OK button 
  Saves the changes.
  
  
• Cancel button 
  Close the dialog discarding changes.
  

 Displaying

The Create/Edit Contact dialog is displayed whenever you choose to create or edit a contact. This may be from the New dialog, the Contact and Sponsor List dialog, the Creation Toolbar, and even the Project Tree. Click the Contact Info tab to view this page.
