 Description

The Report View is used to display the games between a range of dates. You can use the combo boxes as filters so only the games you want to see are displayed. You can print the current contents of the Game list by selecting Print or Print Preview from the File menu. To edit a game and change the score or other settings, just double-click the game in the list.

 Controls

• Start Date button
  Press this button to display the Select Date dialog. Only games falling on or after the selected date will be displayed in the Game list.
  
  
• SS button (Season Start)
  Press this button to set the start date equal to the earliest game for the selected schedule. If a Season, Practice, or Tournament schedule is selected, the start date is set to the season start date specified in the schedule.
  
  
• End Date button
  Press this button to display the Select Data dialog. Only games falling on or before the selected date will be displayed in the Game list.
  
  
• SE button (Season End)
  Press this button to set the end date equal to the latest game for the selected schedule. If a Season, Practice, or Tournament schedule is selected, the start date is set to the season end date specified in the schedule.
  
  
• Schedule combo box
  Displays the list of schedules available in the project. This list includes the master schedules, as well as the Season, Practice, and Tournament schedules. Selecting a schedule in this list will result in the Game list only displaying games for that schedule.
  
  
• Field combo box
  Displays all the fields in the project. Selecting a field in this list will result in the Game list only displaying games scheduled at that field.
  
  
• Official combo box 
  Displays all the officials in the project. Selecting an official in this list will result in the Game list only displaying the games this official is scheduled for.
  
  
• League combo box 
  Displays all the leagues in the project. Selecting a league in this list will result in the Game list only displaying games scheduled for that league. If a specific league is selected in the list, then the Division combo box is filled with the divisions available for that league.
  
  
• Division combo box 
  Displays the available divisions for the league selected in the League combo box. Selecting a division in this list will result in only displaying games for the teams in this division. If a specific division is selected, then the Team combo box is filled with the teams in that division.
  
  
• Team combo box 
  Displays the available teams for the division selected in the Division combo box. Selecting a team in this list will result in the Game list only displaying games where this team is scheduled.
  
  
• Type combo box 
  Lists the different types of games available, these being Season, Tournament, and Practice games. Selecting a type from this list will result in the Game list displaying only games of that type.
  
  
• Game list 
  Displays the list of games available during the specified time span which meets the criteria specified by the filtering combo boxes as described above. Double-clicking a game will display the Edit Game dialog.
  
  
• Day tab 
  Allows you to switch to the Day View.
  
  
• Standings tab 
  Allows you to switch to the Standings View.
  
  
• Tournament tab 
  Allows you to switch to the Tournament View.
  

 Displaying

To display the Report View, simply click the Report tab. You can also select Report View from the View menu to bring the report view to the top of the window stack if you have multiple windows opened in the Team Sports Scheduling System.
